I have to start off saying yay! I finally found a new recipe to try! It seems like it has been forever since I cooked something new. I still need recipe suggestions from people reading this though. Anyway, here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon steak sauce (or worchestershire)
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1. In a shallow bowl, mix the mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and steak sauce. Set aside a small amount of the honey mustard sauce for basting, and dip the chicken into the remaining sauce to coat.
2. Grill chicken over indirect heat for 18 to 20 minutes, turning occassionally, or until juices run clear. Baste occassionalky with the reserved sauce during the last 10 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
We made this chicken and then cut it into strips and put it on a salad. It was REALLY good! I made the sauce this morning and let the chicken marinate in it all day. I also made some extra sauce and we simply used that as our salad dressing. Danny and I both really liked it and wouldn't change a thing.
