Stuffed Bell Peppers - Suggestion

Can you tell I'm catching up on all of my blogging this morning? I was just looking through some of my old posts, and saw on my Stuffed Bell Peppers recipe that if I ever perfected the sauce on top, I would post. Well, I figured it out! It's so incredibly simple. 1 cup of picante sauce, and 1 cup of sour cream mixed together. That's all! It gives it the perfect amount of kick with a little bit of creaminess. This tasted so much better than any other combination of tomato sauce or anything else.

I hope if anyone tries this they love it as much as I do!
